The SureFire® Z2 LED Holster Kit is a compact, high-intensity LED flashlight with an ergonomic holster specially designed for quick deployment - especially when pairing the light with a handgun. The Z2 LED Holster Kit was developed for use as a premium primary light and holster as described in SureFire's Law Enforcement Tactical Trinity™. This holster kit is also ideal for anyone who needs a flashlight that produces tactical-level output (enough to temporarily blind an assailant) that can be ergonomically carried and deployed. The Z2 LED has a total useful runtime of 11 hours on a set of batteries. The included polymer holster holds three spare batteries, giving the Z2 LED the capacity to run for over 22 hours in the field - far longer than a rechargeable flashlight, and it provides one extra battery for your backup light as defined by SureFire's Tactical Trinity. The ambidextrous holster is adjustable to accommodate personal preference and was designed to optimize speed when drawing the light and pairing it with a handgun. The holster holds any SureFire flashlight with a 1.25" aluminum bezel.

What Is SureFire's Tactical Trinity?

SureFire has built innovative tactical illumination tools for military and law enforcement use for three decades, and has been deeply involved in improving related low-light tactics for nearly as long. One result is the formulation of the Tactical Trinity system. Simply put, it holds that law enforcement personnel need a minimum of three tactical lights to consistently and safely perform the core tactical functions of identifying threats, disorienting opponents, and illuminating targets in the field.
