Skydex® technology absorbs more impact in less space while providing moisture-wicking and anti-fungal properties in a system that is both comfortable and easy to maintain. Additionally, Skydex® pads retain their shape over time, even in extreme hot and cold environments - unlike foam systems that can compress and lose effectiveness and become unsafe. This system is specifically designed to replace the pads in ACH/MICH/LWH style helmets. Includes:

SKYDEX upgrade kit
Great system. Tried foam initially, not satisfied... weak padding, and hot. Ordered SKYDEX kit, much higher quality. BE ADVISED: Kit size 8 is thicker pads (1 inch thick) for tighter fit/smaller heads. Kit size 6 is smaller pads (3/4 inch thick) for looser fit/larger heads. Also, kit does not come with instructions so you will have to seek them online or figure it out yourself. But in the end, much higher quality padding than foam. I feel substantially better-protected.
