Rifle Corner Shot
Now, the ultimate
solution for accurate aiming individual weapon sighting system. The
R.O.C system allows the individual soldier to " see around the
corner", aim and target hostile forces accurately and yet be
protected from the direct and open line of fire.
Unlike some of the other systems, witch are basically ordinary
cameras mounted on a flexible weapon barrel, the R.O.C system
is operated
with any "Reflex sight " especially designed for quick
and accurate fire.
The R.O.C can be used on any rifle using
any optical sight The R.O.C is the most updated system that assist
operational units in urban areas, in the event of hostage rescue,
searching suspected areas without exposing the operator to the enemy’s
direct line of fire.
The additional adaptors provided with the system results in the
most flexible operational mode. It was designed by a team of
experts which
answered to specific demands of combat units operating in such
environment.
Key Features
- Optical device including pick up element, and miniature RF
transmission unit
- An HMD (Head Mounted Display) device or a wrist mounted receiver/
monitor
- The compact Digital Video recorder mounted on the users backpack
The optical device and TX unit is a small lightweight self-contained
module, including the power needed. The device is easily clipped
and unclipped on to the picatini rail-mounting fixture.
The real time image is microwave transmitted to a small receiver
attached to the armed combatant.
The signal then is routed to a Eyerec's new generation compact,
rugged V-Cap digital video recorder. This small and powerful
recording device,
records up to 33 hours of high quality video data. To complete the picture , the video is real time displayed
either on a MD or wrist mounted display unit. The head
mounted device,
being close to user's eye, offers the user a high accuracy
video picture
and the ability to see along the weapons bore sight without
the need to look through the sight itself. When not in
use it can
be easily
swung out of the way for normal sight.
The R.O.C is adaptable to any rifle and any sight used by
the specific force. More so, the system, used properly,
provides the real video
picture seen through the weapons sight to the entire combat
team
and not only to the operator. Enabling the user to record
the video pictures for up to 2 hours, provides a real time
picture
of the target
in the firing second. Please contact us at sales@uscav.com for
