What payment methods do you accept?

We accept AMEX, JCB, MasterCard, PayPal and Visa. Your order also can NOT contain items: • that are drop shipped • have shipping restrictions • require identification checks

I don't have a credit card. Can I have my package shipped C.O.D.?

We only ship merchandise which has been pre-paid. You may download and print an order form off our website and send that in with your check or money order.

We also accept wire transfers. For details, please e-mail service@uscav.com.

I want to have my order shipped to a different address, will this cause any delays?

When shipping to a different address (other than your billing address) a delay in shipping your order may be due to our authorization/verification procedures. Because of this, be sure to include your daytime phone number so that we may contact you. This will help expedite your order.

Will you ship knives to my address?

Some items have restrictions and we may not be able to ship it to you (or the person that you are sending it to). You may want to review our shipping restrictions.

U.S. Cavalry cannot know all of the United States or International restrictions for our products. Therefore, we do not warrant that you may legally purchase, own or carry specific products offered in our catalogs. Many states and provinces prohibit carrying concealed weapons and you must be guided by local laws regarding a concealable weapon. These products include, but are not limited to, chemical sprays, knives, stun guns, and other items. When you place an order with us for products that may have restrictions, you warrant to us that you are a legal adult without legal disabilities and are in compliance with local, state and federal laws.

I've ordered from your company before but not on your website. Can I use my Customer Number?

When placing an order on the website for the first time, we ask that you create a new account using the same name, address, and details you have used for past orders.

I don't want other companies to have my name and address. Do you share information?

At U.S. Cavalry, customer satisfaction is our goal. We are committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer. We do not sell or exchange e-mail addresses with third parties.

How do I set up an account with your company?

Our company does not offer time payments for individual orders. We do, however, accept all major credit cards as a form of payment for online orders.

We do offer Open Accounts to Government Agencies and Major Corporations for large quantity orders. For more information, please e-mail service@uscav.com.

I can’t find my country in the drop-down menu. What happened?

We cannot take International Orders online at this time.  You can email international@uscav.com and a representative will get in touch with you. We thank you for visiting the U.S. Cavalry website. If you are a U.S. service member, please remember that your APO/FPO address should reference the United States as your country.

What are the promotion guidelines and exclusions?

Promotion code must be entered on the shopping cart page when ordering online or mentioned when ordering by phone. Offers are valid at time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards, gift certificates, contract orders or any special offers. Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or services. Limit one promotion code per order. Order total applies to merchandise only. 

Gift with purchase offers have limited quantities and may be substituted or cancelled upon inventory depletion. Limit one gift per purchase order. Offers are available while supplies last.

Products purchased together at a discounted rate, or including a gift with purchase, are shipped together. In the case of a backorder, all items are delayed until all items are available for shipment. 

Shipping promotions are limited to U.S. Cavalry, LLC standard ground shipping to a single address within the contiguous U.S. Additional costs are applied to expedited orders and for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. 

Certain offers may exclude items that ship direct from the manufacturer, that are purchased with a government purchase credit card or that have special shipping rates (i.e. heavy/bulky items, hazardous materials, custom items, etc...).
