Zippers are Atrocious

Used this tent on a mission to man an observation post in Afghanistan. As soon as I put it up a rain storm came and it kept all my stuff dry and I was very impressed with it but it heats up very quickly once the sun hits it. The zippers on the tent are pathetic. Rain fly zipper broke within 3 hours of having it up and another zipper on the screen part broke on the first night as well. The tent would easily be 5 stars if it didn't have such poor zippers. I've seen better zippers on Dora the Explorer backpacks. In all it's a storm proof tent with little ventilation and horrible zippers.

This tent is small and low profile. It disappears in the woods nicely for low key backwoods camping. I spent several nights in this tent and was pleased. It has enough room for me and my gear. The ventilation is not that great with the rain fly on but still I woke up with little condensation. I even spent a night out in a sever thunder storm with the rain fly zipper broke making it impossible to close and never once got wet. I give it 4 stars for quality and small pack size. Not a 5 star tent because I'd like to have more ventilation and the zipper broke first trip out. Prob a defect but time will tell on the second one.
