As an infantrymen this should be at the top of you're packing list!!!! We've been doing a lot of pre-deployment training getting ready for africa, at first guys were giving me crap for always carrying this. When we would get field chow we wouldn't always get forks and spoons we be lucky to get plates half the time. I learned my lesson fast and along with always carrying my saw my spork was always on me. know my whole platoon had them, and for the price I'm buying a lot more. Us cav is second to none!!!!!!!!!!

I have put this spork to good use in the last month here at marine combat training. For $1.99 You can't beat it. The fork side had a serrated knife built into it that works suprisingly well. The spoon is a little flimsy but gets the job done. Overall easily worth the $1.99.

Great idea, however the material is too thin so the spoon tends to flex too much. Broke after 4 days of use/carry. Just a little thicker/more rigid and it would be perfect.

Spoon, knife, & fork rolled up into a lightweight quiet utensil. had the us military in all of their infinite wisdom designed the spork it would have saved countless soldiers from having to deal with the noisy mess kit.
