Magpul AFG1 Angled Fore-Grip

By positioning the shooter's hand high on the centerline of the bore, the AF12 helps mitigate recoil and control the weapon, facilitating faster, more accurate follow-up shots.

Only One Word...
Posted by Michael
The only word that seems to fit this attachment is natural. Everything about it just seems right. The look, the functionality, and most importantly...The feel. When gripping my rifle, I usually hold the magazine well, but know that I have this it is a comfortable alternative. Though muscle memory usually brings me back to the magazine well, it seems that won't be the case pretty soon. Something about this makes it easy to retrain yourself. So, for some pros and cons. Pros: -feels natural. -Theory based (it seems to work for me). -Looks pretty cool, adds a streamline look to my rifle. -You got options! Finger groove can be removed. Meh(not really cons): -two pieces (though feels sturdy enough to handle recoil) -if you have anything on the rail in front, you must take that off first to slide the afg off. (Or remove you're bottom rail to slide it off backwards, but that makes no sense to me....) All in all, great piece of eq for you're rifle. Recommended.
