What an awesome bag. I have had mine for several years without any problems. You can throw a lot of stuff in it.

I have owned several helmet bags in the past in various colors for various uses...They are fairly rugged but the nylon interiors can get pretty ragged out. However, recently I purchased the new helmet bag in the ACU pattern and was pleasantly surprised to see an improved heavier lining and the zipper is of better quality. This helmet bag looks the same after 6 months of use as the day it arrived...A good buy and addition to you're kit.

Helmet bag with updated zipper. Heavy fabric and solid sewing overall. Recommended.

I originally purchaced my helmet bag back in 1994. To this day I still use my helmet bag on almost a daily basis. Very few flaws considering the 11 year heavy use. The front pockets have been used extensively and as a result the front pocket stitching (creating the divider between the pockets) had started to finally come out. The inner liner had of course taken a beating as well so the fabric is a bit tattered. Overall it's still retaining it's primary use and no zipper or snap problems. it's a good investment in a lightweight multipurpose bag.
