Stability and comfort

I recieved my Converse waterproof Boot with side zipper, and I LOVE them!!... I found them to be extremely comfortable. How they will last is yet to be seen, but I expect great wear from them. US Cav seems to offer fair prices and they have followed through with their promise of quality. Thanks.

Updated Review

I now have bought 5 pair of these boots. They are running about 60 percent great, 40 percent disappointment. They do feel great, and they last about as long as you could expect a boot of this price range to last, but, I have found 2 pair in the past that didn't stand up to normal use. On one pair, the back top padded area ripped during the second week of use. This did not affect the general function of the boot, just looks bad. The other pair had the stitching in the outside heel back part of the boot came unstitched. Since I'm in a rural part of Alaska, you can't find a boot repair shop very easily. They can be repaired, but I should not have to have this done since they are only two months old. I will have these repaired and use them more as they have better than 60 percent of their life still remaining. All this being said, I'm still liking the fit and general function of the boot, and have just ordered another pair. Once I find something that fits comfortably, I ususally don't keep looking.

not too good

I was very impressed with boots,no break in time and very good too ur feet. A little warm in hot temps up during summer, keep feet dry in down pours. The problem is in the way sole is put on boot i knee alot and in 3 months sole had came apart. you have good product now build them with some guts and u may have one of the best boots around

Bust Buy for the Money

I bought these boots with the composite toe because of the job demands. I was impress with the light weight of the boots and less leg fatigue at the end of the shift. They preform well when working on a hard concrete surface for extended times. The side zipper is great for the lazy side of me and as you break them in, you will have to re-adjust the laces as the boots stretch to fit you foot. They were warm to wear from vehicle to job site and during short periods of stay in the outdoors (Alaska weather can be harsh). I would not advise them for extended outside wear in this (Alaska) environment. They held up as good as any other brand in this price range and were more comfortable than others of this price range. I will be a repeat buyer of these boots for what it is worth.
