Many ISPs filter e-mail to keep spam out of your Inbox. As a result, they occasionally filter out e-mail that you want to receive.
To ensure you receive your issues of U.S. Cavalry’s newsletter, please add U.S. Cavalry to your trusted list of senders. Here’s how:
AOL: Place the domain – uscav.com – in your Address Book. AOL v.9.0 users: Be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your buddy list or address book.
EarthLink: To avoid having U.S. Cavalry's e-mail newsletter blocked by EarthLink's spamBlocker, add email@example.com to your Allowed Sender List.
Yahoo!: Should U.S. Cavalry’s newsletter be filtered into your [bulk] folder, open the message and click on the [Not Spam] button above the header information. Then follow the steps to confirm that future messages from U.S. Cavalry will be delivered to your Inbox.
Hotmail: Click the [Options] link next to the main menu tabs. Under [Mail Handling] select Safe List. Enter the domain – uscav.com – and click to [Add] it to the list.
e-Mail Spam Filter Software: Enter the domain – uscav.com – on the filter’s whitelist. Check the spam filtering software’s help information for specific instructions on how to whitelist.
Other Filters: If you find your issues of U.S. Cavalry’s newsletter being filtered to a junk folder, add the issue’s [from] address (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your address book or contact list.
If you do not see your issue of U.S. Cavalry’s newsletter in your Inbox or junk box at all, contact your ISP’s tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive e-mail from uscav.com. Follow their instructions for whitelisting.
Unfortunately, some ISPs despite your efforts will still not deliver U.S. Cavalry’s newsletter. Your only recourse will be to use a different ISP.
