Not a bad pack, a few minor gripes

I've been using this bag in civilian capacity for the past few months. It is solidly constructed and thoughtfully designed, with one minor exception (more on that later.) The laptop pocket is great, but do take note of the size mentioned in the description if you will be using it for this purpose: my 17-inch screen laptop does not fit, but my smaller laptop does. The zipper pulls and stitching are all solid and holding up well. My one minor gripe is the position of the carry handle on top. As you can see from the image, the handle is situated on the shoulder straps instead of the pack itself. This may make for a more streamlined design and less likelihood of having the handle snag on something, it causes slight discomfort when wearing the pack. Because of the handle position, the straps do not lay flat across my shoulders, and the bag rides abit lower. This is less of a concern if I'm wearing a large coat, but is very noticeable when wearing just a t-shirt or hoodie. Overall, it's a good pack and the laptop panel plus the other external pockets make organizing easy, just that small issue with the handle.
