Radcliff Police Department to Gain National and International Exposure

Radcliff, KY (February 23, 2007) - When local Law Enforcement personnel receive their copy of the 2007 U.S. Cavalry Spring/Summer Law Catalog in the mail this month, they’ll be surprised to find some familiar faces featured on the front cover. Detective Tucker Raifsnider and Sergeant Roy Barton Ponder of the Radcliff Police Department are the two official faces featured.

The picture, which was shot in Radcliff, depicts the two officers taking down an unruly suspect who resists arrest. The two officers agreed to participate in the cover photo after they were approached by the company to serve as local representatives for the Law Enforcement community. The officers will receive national and international recognition in a catalog with a worldwide circulation of 70,000.

Det. Tucker Raifsnider, 37, has been an officer with the Radcliff Police Department since 2002. Sgt. Roy Barton Ponder, 48, has been with the local force for over 19 years.
