Worth every penny

These were my issue boots from when I was a Marine. My original boots lasted me 13 years with having them re-soled. There's no doubt in my mind they would have lasted longer if I had taken better care of the leather. They are the only boots I wear now that I'm a sheriff's deputy on Patrol.

official issue?

I bought a pair more than 10 years ago and I still have them and use them as work boots. I bought a pair in January and noticed that they were missing the numbers stamped on the outside rim of the leather upper to indicate the boots are official issue. My brother in law is a border patrol agent and his boots have this stamp on the rim of the boot. So I do not know if these boots are official issue or not, but if they last as long as the real thing like my old ones then they are worth the buy. Ill find out in more time, and they are very comfortable and brokein very fast. one or two days. Maybe I was sent the wrong boot by accident who knows. By the way I ordered my old boots from uscav that is why I thought my new ones were going to be official issue. For the price I hope they are.

Comfortable out of the box.

Soles are the most comfortable I've worn before. Only spot of possible discomfort is at the very top, where the boots end... But if you wear crew socks then you won't have a problem. Good boots
