Typical of chinese Crap
I've had a pair of these for 2 days now. Right out of the box, these boots were incredibly rigid and stiff, don't think you're going to get a pair and do a 2 mile ruck march, let alone a 20 miler. They were so bad I was very careful to only wear them in the house, because I was sending them back asap. Therefore I was going to give these things 1 star. However, I just didn't feel like fooling with all of the time and hassle of shipping, so I decided to try the water break-in method, and that has helped with the fit and flexibility somewhat, hence the 2 and half stars. The size seems to be correct, but they're not as light as a desert boot should be and they don't breathe well enough for a desert boot. I think with time these boots will be ok for yardwork and lite hiking, but if I was still active duty and had to rely on my boots, these boots would not be them. Typical chinese Crap (yes, I got the capitalization correct).
