Ed Sullivan used to say Tonight we have a really big shoe Well maybe I should put a sock in it and as an ex US Army Medic Panhandler Hospital Orderly volunteer I all ways think of Jesus when it comes to feet as he was the first to show the Roman soldiers how important it was to wash and take care of your feet. You cant march if you cant walk in the parade. In Boot Camp D-92,I had Achilles Tendonitus and had to where a cast.On a day march 16-18 miles I was told if I didnt march I would have to go back through the whole dam thing. So I took a black sock and pulled it over the cast.Well it rained the day at Ft. Jackson,S.C.,and my cast collapsed when we before we finished the march.Afterward back on my bunk I used my mess kit knife to cut open my cast. When I on the second floor tossed it down the stairway as the DI Sgt.Gutledge, was walking up he yelled my name as he all way's did I know it's you DXXXXH!AS NO ONE ELSE HAS A BLACK WIDOWA PICTURE DRAWN FROM A TROOP INSTEAD OF HIS SIGNATURE,ON THERE CAST!So as he asked me how I got it off and why I didn't have a medic do it I said Drill Sarge the Mother Lover, was crushing my foot!Well he told me to go run some laps so I could pass the 5 mile PT run to pass Boot.Well here I am now wondering what I did with the picture of me in full combat gear with my M-16 guarding the armory with a sock for a boot.As Al Bundy would say Shoe Bet Ya!

Outstanding and comfortable socks!!!
I love these socks...extremely comfortable and wear well. If you wash in cold water they will last longer, they look good paired with my uniform pants. After a shift (sometimes a double) my feet are comfortable and feel good. I walk and stand stationary often, I will wear nothing else but these. Obviously, there's a reason why they are USMC approved.

USMC approved for a reason
Being in 10in. jump boots for 12 hours a day requires socks that are durable and won't slip down to your toes everytime you walk. These socks are USMC approved for a reason. Extremely durable and you can't beat $8 for a three pack.
