Buying my second pair
I'm buying my second pair of Corcoran's. My first pair have been resoled twice, and I've had a zipper repaired. I take good care of my boots and have received years of service. These are great boots!

Welworth the invesyment,,,
I have been ordering these boots for 10 yrs along with the soft leather one's and find them worth every penny. This cannot be said for most products purchased. I am very satisfied and will use nothing but Corcorans .

Comfy, but zippers are crap.
I got these as a daily boot -- walking in muck, mud, water, etc, and pavement. They're comfy, waterproof, excellent, but the zippers have fallen apart. I recommend going with the Corcoran II boot -- much more durable and just as stylish.

Fantastic Boots....
I have had a pair of these boots for two years now,I have worn them daily. I have ordered another pair and look forward to them. I read previous reviews and discovered that most people who buy these do not understand (in this seemingly disposable economy)how to care for a boot. Regular maintenance is important,i.e. Cleaning,Polishing etc. As soon as I stop maintaining them is when they become obviously worn. My first pair many years ago I simply wore, and they broke down fast, however my current pair have lasted these two years beautifully with care. Like a machine, it is often the operator to blame for poor performance.
Again I look forward to my new pair.(Horse hair brush in hand)

Did not hold up
I have a pair of these that are a year old. The zippers don't work right, the buttons for the cover flaps stick, one of the cover flaps is ripping off the boot, and now all of the stiching is ripped off around on of the heels. I am not impressed with this boot at all. I like the Rocky Jump Boot much better and it is cheaper

Zipper -Tongue Conflict
I recently ordered a pair of these boots, and after wearing them for two days my ankles began to blister due to the Location of the tongue folding under the zipper track across the side of each boot. Considered they have not had time to be broken in I do not believe that these boots will improve in comfort. Although they look sharp, the 10 Corcoran Side Zip jump boots are not a good choice even if you plan to wear extra thick boot socks, they will still continue to cause discomfort. For anyone looking for a quick way to get in and out of boots, spare yourself the pain, and go with one of the quicklace models and not the size zip.
