If an item doesn’t meet your expectations or satisfaction, simply return it.
Product may be returned for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange up to 30 days from the date you received your U.S. Cavalry purchase.

STARTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges with items purchased from U.S. Cavalry. For orders with an error or damaged/ defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send your replacement with no additional shipping costs.
To return merchandise, you MUST have a Returns Authorization (RA) number. Please contact a Customer Service associate at the number above and they will gladly create an RA number as well as the return mailing label for your package.
Returned product must be in its original packaging (including tags or instructions) and must not be soiled or laundered. Footwear cannot be polished or worn outside.
Returns are free in the Continental United States. Your Customer Service Represntative can provide a quote for shipping returns to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada based on the current shipping rates.
Some restricted items (such as ballistic helmets, plates and vests) or items that are discontinued by their manufacturer CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Non-returnable items are noted with ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All sales on clearance merchandise are final and the product cannot be returned or exchanged
Additionally, any item that has been customized to your personal requirements (sewn, altered, engraved or embroidered) is not eligible for return or exchange unless U.S. Cavalry has made an error.
