Returns & Exchanges
U.S. Cavalry, LLC will repair, replace or refund an item if the customer is not completely satisfied with the recent purchase. Items can be returned up to one year from purchase date. Return instructions are available on the reverse side of the packing slip.
Printable Flat Rate UPS return labels are available by emailing customer support at email@example.com. A deduction from the return credits or refund amount is made in an amount equal to USCAV standard return shipping rates in effect at time of purchase (refer to the USCAV website for current rates and instructions). If the return credit/refund is in an amount less than the applicable shipping cost, then the original pay method will be charged the difference. If the package is returned without a USCAV return label, then it is recommended to insure the package and ship by a trackable method.
