Ok, But Older Version Much Better
Posted by Tom
This newer 'airport safe' version of the better bdu belt has a plastic buckle, which has pluses and minuses over the previous metal one (unless you go through lots of airports i guess), but they now make the belt part with a very stiff nylon material. While the nylon may last longer, i much prefer the softer more cloth-like material of the previous version - it was much more comfortable to wear - so much so that i never use this belt anymore. Luckily i was able to get an older one before they changed it. I'll be writing spec-ops.

Has a very professional look about it. Very strong material. Fits all my pants. Can be used for other tasks. I have two, one desert tan, and one black. This is the only belt everybody should have.

Buy this belt. The 1.75 Inch one is great! It fits perfectly in your bud loops w/o sagging over. Also another great feature is that you do not have to take it off when you travel through airport security. The hard plastic buckle and nylon belt do not require removal for the tsa. So...Keep your pants on!
Best Belt Ever!

If you want a excellent durable belt. This is the one to get. I must say it is the best belt i have ever owned. I do landscape work so this belt sees a lot action. Not to mention being out in the elements a good portion of the year. I live in northern california. I have had this belt for about 2 years or more and it is in just as good of shape as when i bought it. The only thing that is just starting to come loose is the spec-ops tag on it. Other wise the rest of the belt is in great shape. Also as far as i can tell i don't think it has faded in color at all. I have the od green one. I would definitely recommend this belt if you do a lot of outside physical work or just for casual wear. You wont regret it.
Yep, Better Bdu Belt

The belt webbing is much more substantial than the issue belt, so whatever you hang on the belt stays. It's much easier to adjust and stays adjusted all day. Looks good, too. A little pricie, but is well worth the price after you use it a few times.
Way Way Better Than Issue

This belt is a lot better than the ones we were issued the buckle is easy to operate and a lot quieter it is a bit more expensive than the issue belt but it is worth the extra cost
