What is the responsibility of the media when reporting stories that deal with military/law enforcement? Are the recent reports of terrorist plots in New York City foiled by the FBI an example of the “public’s right to know” or a violation of operational security?

Lessons Learned From the tragedy in New Orleans?

What are the lessons to be learned from the current situation in New Orleans and our ability to respond to another major terrorist attack?  Are there any comparisons to be had?

If a terrorist organization uses WMD, what issues would be compounded by nuke/chem/bio contamination?  Consider the current "American Refugee" situation.  With New Orleans in anarchy; logistics at a stand still; and decontamination a factor, what could be done?
