Description

The premise behind the Vertx VTX1000 series pant is that it is a covert pant for ‘any time, any place, any mission’ with its best features unnoticed by anyone but the operator wearing them. The Vertx brand is owned by Fechheimer, which has been manufacturing uniforms and public safety apparel since 1842. For the Vertx pant, they enlisted the design services of Arc’Teryx who took direct input from operators to come up with this pant.

  1. Vertx Low Profile Tactical Pant 5 Star Review

I have two pair of the kahki pants. These are very comfortable when moveing or sitting. Size 36x32 just fits at the waist and lenght is good for someone 5 foot 9 and 184lbs. Any bigger and go with 38 waist. Front slash pockets will lose change when seated in car. Back pocket wallet trap does not cover wallet. If they make the front pockets deeper and follow the outside seam straight down, and extend the wallet trap half way down to cover a standard wallet these pants would be a 6 stars and I would buy several more any day of the week.

  2. Some Shrinking 4 Star Review

Despite cold water washes and delicate low heat drying, there had been some shrinkage. Since these pants fit snug even with the elastic and there isn't any fabric to allow alteration, it might be wise to consider sizing carefully. Otherwise these are very nice pants that look and feel great.

  3. Great Pants 5 Star Review

The vertx low profile tactical pants are the best pair of tactical pants that I own. My main concern with tactical pants is comfort and fit vertx meets the demand. I am 5 10 170 lbs with an athletic build and the 32 fit my waist just right. Keeping in mine that tactical pants fit more snug than jeans. Just something to think about if you have a gut. Great product and I am planning on buying another pair soon.

  4. Geat Multicam Pants 5 Star Review

I like this pants, even more than my cp original multicam pants, or 5.11 Pants. The design is sooo good on some small places. Very comfortable. Good for everyday wear. But one problem I think is the knee position not be reinforced, but this keep you cool in hot day, an advantage from this aspect.

  5. Comfy Pants 5 Star Review

I've been wearing and washing them and so far they have been almost perfect. They move and bend well the pockets are subtle and while some people notice right away others are still surprised when I reach into the low profile leg pockets. It would be nice if they put a zippered security pocket on both sides but that really minor. My only real complaint is that the cloth weave seems to be a magnet for animal hair.

  6. Tough & Comfortable 5 Star Review

These pants are great. Very tought feeling and cut very well and felt comfortable from the first wear. I love the deep pockets and the zipper hidden pocket. Zippers are tough which is great, broken zippers are a drag. I have worn these pants with sports jacket, polo shirt and t-shirts. Work pants that wil pass as casual dress pants. Best feature is the low profile side pockets. They do not stick out like other side pockets. Worst feature is I work with a black dog and they pick up the dog's fur like crazy. Lint roller works great when I have to clean up. Recommendations. The zippered pocket is great, but it is on the right hand side, which is great for a secondary weapon. But, I prefer it on the left side where I keep wallet and id.
