 U.S. Cavalry e-Gift Card Frequently Asked Questions
1. Does it expire?
e-Gift Cards and any unused balance left on an e-Gift Card expire exactly 2 years from the date of issuance*
 
2. Where can I redeem it?
e-Gift Cards must be redeemed through the U. S. Cavalry web site, http://www.uscav.com, toward the purchase of products listed in U. S. Cavalry's online catalog or redeemed for merchandise or services only at U.S. Cavalry retail stores. e-Gift Cards may not be redeemed for the purchase of products through any other web site operated by U S Cavalry, its affiliates, or any other person or entity.
 
3. Can I use the balance to buy another e-Gift Card for a friend?
e-Gift Cards can not be used to purchase other e-Gift Cards or gift cards.
 
4. Is it eligible for a cash refund?
e-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
 
5. What happens to the unused balance?
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's e-Gift Card account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
 
6. What if my order exceeds the amount of the e-Gift Card?
If your order exceeds the amount of your e-Gift Card, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
 
7. Does the standard privacy and security policy apply?
e-Gift Cards and their use on the uscav.com web site are subject to U S Cavalry's general Legal Information & Disclaimer and Privacy & Security policies.
 
8. What if I lose my e-Gift Card ID?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen e-Gift Card ID numbers. If you have any questions, please email us at service@uscav.com.
 
9. Can someone use a stolen e-Gift Card ID?
U. S. Cavalry will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained e-Gift Card is either redeemed through the U S Cavalry web site.
 
10. Will the sender know when I redeem it?
U. S. Cavalry may provide  e-Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of e-Gift Cards.
 
11. Might these terms and conditions change?
U. S. Cavalry reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
 
Does not apply in California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, or Washington; applies in New Hampshire only for e-Gift Cards over $100. Expiration date does not apply in any other states where prohibited by law.
