Return & Exchange Policy
If an item doesn’t meet your expectations or satisfaction, then simply return it.
Even when you are making an exchange or a return we want to make it easy for you. You may return a purchase for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange to our returns processing center within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Refunds or Credits (Gift Cards Excluded)
  • To expedite your return, please contact a customer service associate at 1.800.777.7172 (or your assigned account representative for managed accounts) to receive a Returns Authorization number. A Returns Authorization number is required for all returns.
  • We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless you received a shipment sent in error by US Cavalry. It shouldn’t cost you anything additional for our mistake.
  • To receive a refund, your original packing invoice should accompany your return. If you do not have the original packing invoice that was enclosed with your order you can simply log onto your account at www.uscav.com and click the “return” button next to the appropriate order number. This will also create a printable pre-paid U.S. Postal Service approved return label. Use this as a shipping label for your package.
  • The postal service will pick up your return package from your home or business or you can drop it off at your nearest post office. We will deduct a standard $8.00 fee from your return credit for the return postage.
  • If you cannot access your account online, please contact a customer service associate at 1.800.777.7172 or email us at service@uscav.com. We will be more than happy to help you. They can email or fax you a prepaid shipping label.
  • Items should be in original packaging and must not be soiled or laundered.
  • Selected items sold by US Cavalry are designated as non-refundable (For Example: Clearance Items, Body Armor, etc).
  • Customized or altered items (embroidered, engraved, etc) are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
Exchanges
Our customer service associates at 1.800.777.7172 will also be happy to assist you with exchanges or replacements of items received from U.S. Cavalry.
  • The $8.00 return postage fee will be charged for exchanges utilizing the pre-printed return label from the website.
  • If you received an item that was damaged, defective or was sent in error by U.S. Cavalry we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt at our return center, and send you your replacement with no additional charges. It shouldn’t cost you anything additional for our mistake!
Gifts / Gift Card Purchases
For merchandise purchased on a gift card, we will issue a merchandise credit back to the gift card that can be used online, over the phone or at any of our stores.
